View ReportWe are signatories to the World Green Building Council’s Net Zero
Carbon Buildings Commitment and the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Greenprint’s Net
Zero Carbon Goal. Since 2013, we partnered with AboitizPower to power our entire
portfolio with renewable energy. NEO is the world’s first portfolio to achieve the
International Finance Corporation’s EDGE Zero Carbon certification, Southeast
Asia’s first to earn the WELL Health-Safety Rating from the International WELL
Building Institute, and a pilot partner for the Philippine Green Building Council’s
BERDE and Advancing Net Zero programs.
NEO achieves Net Zero Operational carbon Goal, 4 years ahead of its original 2025 goals
Offsite renewable energy – 51,443,298 kWh total energy consumption of the portfolio in 2023 (0.439% onsite non-renewable emergency power)
Tonnes of Carbon Dioxide Equivalent in 2023, marking a 39% decrease from 2020 levels
Partnership and collaboration have allowed us to grow and be involved in more opportunities for advancing sustainability. As the only diamond sustaining member of the Philippine Green Building Council, we have been able to contribute to setting the Philippine standard for green buildings with the NEO buildings as pilot projects under the organization’s BERDE green building rating system.s
